The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

All furniture and home accessory items pictured on our web site and catalogue are faithful reproductions from designs originally designed in the mid-century.

This means they are not original licensed items but are based on the originals. All furniture is of the highest quality and replicates the essence of the original designs.

All items comply with UK Fire Regulations 1988. Designers and resellers please be aware that these items should not be resold as originals.

Delivery

All items delivered to you are based on standard delivery. Charges as shown on our website. Your item(s) will be placed in their packaging and delivery will be to a room of your choice on the ground floor of the building. Please check your order upon delivery or when you have reasonable opportunity to do so. Please contact us if you require assembly as additional costs will apply (UK only).

Items delivered to Ireland and the rest of Europe will be by standard curb-side delivery usually by pallet.

Cancellations

You may exercise your right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the goods are delivered for a full refund including delivery charges. Once you have exercised your right to cancel, a refund will be made as soon as practicable and within a maximum of 30 days.

Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason once received, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery for a full refund including delivery charges. The cancellation must be put into writing within the 7 working day period. Any received goods should be returned to the company as soon as is practicable.

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods received. If returned goods are damaged or incomplete, the company maintains the right to pursue a claim against you for breach of statutory duty to take reasonable care.

Accuracy of Product Information

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or have been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and as up to date as possible.

Price

All prices for goods on our website are VAT inclusive. Delivery charges are also indicated. Where several items are purchased simultaneously, a delivery discount will be applicable, as indicated below. For further details regarding bulk delivery discounts, please contact our sales department.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa / Visa Electron, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro. Our secure payment system, Protx uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. The technology also has inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide us with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When placing your order, you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number i.e. the address and phone number your bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once your credit card has been authorised. You may also pay by cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Mojo Interiors LTD, however we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which may take up to 10 days.

Most items are manufactured to order therefore full payment is required at point of sale.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any monies already paid for them.

Most items have a lead time of 8-10 weeks but please view individual products on the site for approximate lead times.

Product Guarantees

All products supplied have a manufacturer’s warranty of one year. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Orders

You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with a receipt once you have placed your order.

General

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. The company is entitled to amend its terms and conditions but any such changes will not affect contracts that have already been formed.

These terms and conditions are subject to UK law.
